Investment Mandate:

I currently do the bulk of my share investing through my superannuation and have a 100% weighting to equites with a 50/50 split of Australian and International shares currently.

Once I achieve an applicable balance. I plan to convert it over to a SMSF. I am also saving for a house deposit and have liquidated my current personal portfolio to put towards the deposit and mortgage.

Once I have made a purchase in 2026 I look forward to building my personal share portfolio again. But at this stage I believe getting into the housing market is my main investment priority.
